What to Bring

• Valid driver’s license (EU or international with IDP if non-English)
• Passport or national ID for identity verification
• Credit card in participant’s name for security deposit (€3,000)
• Booking confirmation or signed Program Agreement

Participant & Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 22 years
• Drivers aged 22–25 incur a young driver surcharge
• Only authorized drivers may operate program vehicles
• No alcohol or drugs while driving (0.0% policy)
• No racing, off-roading, towing, or commercial use
• Must comply with all local traffic laws and instructions

Payments & Security Deposit

• 25% deposit required to confirm booking
• Remaining 75% due no later than 30 days before program start
• Accepted payment: EUR only, via bank transfer or credit card
• €3,000 security deposit per vehicle (credit card hold or pre-paid)
• Deposit refunded within 5–10 days after return if no damage or extra charges

Insurance Overview

• Third-party liability is included (mandatory by law)
• Comprehensive vehicle insurance with a €3,000 deductible
• Deductible = amount held as your security deposit
• An optional excess waiver is available to reduce the deductible
• Not covered: personal injury, belongings, racing, unauthorized use, DUI
• Not covered: Tire punctures, wheels, glass, and interior: Standard insurance does not cover

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before start: full refund
• 11–29 days: 50% refund
• 10 days or less or no-show: no refund
• Cancellation must be in writing
• Company cancellations = full refund or alternative

Cross-Border Travel

• Allowed only with prior written approval
• Cross-border fee applies
• Toll roads, vignettes, road taxes, and fines are your responsibility
• Must follow all local laws in each visited country
• Basic roadside assistance is included across approved countries

Additional charges:

• A late return of more than 2 hours but less than 5 hours incurs a 50% increase in the daily charge.
• Each additional kilometer beyond the included kilometers will incur a charge of EUR 1.50 per kilometer.
• More than 5 hours will be considered as an additional day.
• Return fee: 200 EUR plus 2.20 per km.
• Special cleaning: EUR 120
• Loss of key: EUR 550
